Will I be able to track my order from Pinch A Penny?
If you provide your email address when you set up your account, you will receive two emails from Pinch A Penny about your order after you check out. Shipping for in-stock items typically takes from two to seven working days. Delivery for items that require oversize shipment is typically longer than our standard FedEx shipping time, typically ranging anywhere between 5 to 10 days. What is your return policy?
Our goal is to provide you with 100% satisfaction with your purchase from Pinch A Penny. We offer a generous 30-day guarantee on our merchandise (excluding custom orders, pool chemicals, replacement parts, automatic pool cleaners, and opened pool liners, covers, and blankets unless damaged). All damaged merchandise must be reported within 72 hours of receipt of product. Used items may not be returned. Returned products must be in the original condition and packaging.
To return an item, call our customer service department at 877-747-SWIM for a Return Authorization (RA) number and ship-to information. Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging and ship via prepaid, insured FedEx to the address provided by the customer service representative. Shipping charges for return products are the responsibility of the customer. Returns made without RA numbers may be delayed or denied. Sorry, we cannot refund handing fees.
Note: Returns for Texas Recreation brand merchandise must be pre-authorized by Texas Recreation and be accompanied by a Factory Return Authorization number. Pinch A Penny cannot accept Texas Recreation merchandise for credit without prior authorization from Texas Recreation. A 15% restock fee will be charged for all Texas Recreation brand merchandise returns.
Can I refuse delivery on pool supplies and equipment I don’t want?
Pinch A Penny understands that you may change your mind about an order after placing it. You may cancel an order up until the order has shipped. Any order, once shipped, where the customer refuses delivery through the carrier (FedEx or common carrier) will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Once the order has been shipped, you may follow the above directions for returning an item.
