  • Stainless steel shaft extension

  • Mounting: Standard square flange with improved external access to thru-bolt/nut assembly for better serviceability

  • Grease barrier: Locks out moisture and other elements

  • Corrosion protection: Shell is painted inside and out with moisture-resistant powder paint, while the stator is protected with a topcoat of polyester varnish

  • Easy wiring access: Smooth channel guides the wire to the simplified terminals, which allows easy wiring regardless of voltage

  • Quick disassembly of backplate in the event of bearing replacement

  • Bearings: Both shaft ends have locked, double-sealed ball bearings. Each endshield-bearing pocket contains a circular steel insert for improved wear-resistance

  • Bonding lug: External top-mount bonding lug makes attaching a ground wire simple and convenient

  • Protective housing: The centrifugal switch and contacts are completely isolated, keeping moisture and contaminants out

  • Clear shaft access: Double-flatted with a screwdriver slot for easy service

  • Captive screw-in compartment cover

  • Molded capacitor mounting: Holds capacitor firmly, with the leads tucked underneath for protection
