Blue Safety Turtle^® Wristband

This wristband works with the blue base station / wristband kit.

Safety Turtle Immersion Alarm base stations work with wristbands of one color to protect children from falling into the swimming pool undetected.  This wristband works with the Safety Turtle Base & Wrist Band Kit and is available for purchase for kit buyers who need to purchase more than one wristband and those already own a Safety Turtle Base Station - Blue and need to add or replace a wristband. 

Safety Turtle wristbands:

• Lock securely with a key - a child cannot remove it

• Are waterproof and play-tolerant

• Have a non-replaceable battery that lasts three to four years when used every day

• Work up to 150-200 feet from Base Station

• Are recommended for use near chlorine swimming pools, spas, and ponds, and on boats and shorelines

• Are not recommended for use with saltwater pools and do not work in seawater

Important Safety Turtle Information

Safety Turtle is not a substitute for diligent supervision or for pool access barriers.  It has been designed as a "last line of defense" to help prevent drowning of young children. 

Failure to observe any of the following may delay or prevent alarming when the Safety Turtle wristband is immersed:

• Attach the Turtle wristband to the wrist only. 

• Do not cover the Turtle wristband with a jacket or other clothing. 

• Immediately remove any food, beverage, or other material that enters the space between the top and bottom Turtle shells.  A residue such as milk that has been allowed to dry can prevent alarming when the Turtle wristband is immersed. 

Read and carefully follow all Initial Setup and Testing instructions before using the Safety Turtle. 

Note: Your Turtle wristbands must all be of the same color as the Baby Turtle plug inserted into the Base Station.
